Battlefield 3 pc server is down?

I am trying to start my BF3 game for the past few days, the browser pops up but the page would not load and goes time out to can not display this page. I use internet explorer and I live in Sydney Australia. I could play last week. Any one know how to fix it?Battlefield 3 pc server is down?
