Why cant i connect to the Ea Servers for Battlefield 3 on Xbox live?

Ok i tried to sign on to EA and it says the servers are down. Then i tried to sign on to the battlelog.battlefield.com and it said this account is not allowed to log on. Is this just happening to me or to everyone else on Xbox.Why cant i connect to the Ea Servers for Battlefield 3 on Xbox live?
this is quiet common on new games like these because of the amount of traffic the servers are getting. but i hate to say that EA servers have bad rep. i know because in games like skate 2, NFS games and BF2 are always having problems connecting.Why cant i connect to the Ea Servers for Battlefield 3 on Xbox live?
EA servers are bad. On BF3 they might crash since it's new and popular.
