How can i ban or kick players out of a server in battlefield 1942?

when im playing bf 1942 sometimes i have seen on the chat menu that some players have been kicked from the server. And sometimes i also get kicked from server. how does it happen and can anyone do it? How can i ban or kick players out of a server in battlefield 1942?
The servers are either owned or rented.

The server owner or admin has the ability to warn, kick or ban any player, usually by using server manager software like BFSM or Black Bag Ops.

The server can also be set to automatically kick players for high ping, being idle/afk, bad language and detected cheats.

Only people who know the server rcon password can use the server admin features or enable them.How can i ban or kick players out of a server in battlefield 1942?
But even if they shoot you and they do not kick that person out and kick me out of the game now it keeps say kick out or sever error . Can you help me
