Where can I find a server on Battlefield 2 that uses team work?

Thats really hard to say but even if you find a server that requires team work does not mean that your team will work together necessarly. I have played battlefield 2142 and we were suppost to use team work to destroy a titian and we didnt because all we did was kill each other and fight and we sucked. Its always the samething in video games no likes to do team work.
