Punkbuster is by far one of the most annoying anti hack softwares. The most common problems can be resolved from getting the latest version. Sometimes you can play a match for 5 minutes with a older version of PB, But disable anything that would overlay the game, like steam software.I recently reinstalled Battlefield 2142 and now whenever I join a server I get kicked and it says Punkbuster?

If you are using vista, all i had to do was right click the .exe and select 'run as administrator' and it got me into servers no problem.
