Battlefield Multiplayer cheats Where to get them?

When I play Battlefield 1942 on multiplayer every server I play on has some jerk that uses cheats to beat the opposing team. Ex. In Berlin map there's always some jerk that walks off a building (he literally walks on air) with invincibility and unlimited ammo and starts throwing grenades on enemy main base.
