When I uncheck the "same version" box, hundreds of other servers show up. Please don't tell me that I'm stuck playing with only those two servers unless I buy a different version of the game! Did they release a patch that I haven't downloaded yet? Would that even help? You have to download a patch. The patch should be free, but they are rather large, ranging from a couple of megabytes for a bug fix to several hundred for new maps, guns, etc.

Get the update like dexter said and make sure you didnt filter out all the servers
