Will the game's multiplayer run off a server system, such as in Halo:CE pc version and Battlefield 2 and 2142? Where people join and leave as they please, picking their choice of map and server?

Matchmaking but it just throws anyone in with anyone really, veterans with novices. Novices soon improve ;)
