Server connection problems with Battlefield 3?

I got the game today around 3pm and started to play. One trend that I started to notice was the fact that within 5 minutes of getting into a game, I would be kicked out of the server and it would say "EA Online lost connection" or something.



Trying to get into a multiplayer game also a hassle. Half the time it doesn't work and then when it does, it kicks you out (kind of like the beta).



Really kinda pissing me off. Especially after paying $60 on a highly anticipated game.



Anyone else having these sorts of issues?Server connection problems with Battlefield 3?

Nope, it's definitely not just you, i finished one game, then got kicked out after two minutes in the next, and now i can't access any EA information at all. It's ******* ridiculous, the whole point of the beta was to stress test the servers and apparently they couldn't even get that right.Server connection problems with Battlefield 3?
Yup same here im just glad its not just me. same thing happened with the psn store after they had the free bee give aways. but not to worry something like this would get fixed within the next day. only a matter of time before people start spamming ea and them trying to do something about it. my best advise is just play the campaign to wade it out.
The game was so hyped that tons of people rushed out to buy it, or pre-ordered it, so they need to make the servers able to handle the strain. There were so many people that played the beta that it downed the system, if that gives any idea.Server connection problems with Battlefield 3?
Im having the same issue. I got into a game, through the whole thing, which was insanely laggy, then got kicked out of the next one, and have not been able to play the rest of the day so far. FAiled to connect to EA online error message. What a fail.. Im so disappointed.
This is really pissing me off, I cant even make a Battlelog account or play online. Such a sick game too, they really need to get to work and fix this problem.. I guess it's back to Black Ops for the day. Does anybody have an update on when this should be fixed?
Same problems here. Battlefield on twitter says:
We're aware of the server issues on the Xbox 360 and are working to correct them as soon as possible.
Edit: says they are back up now. Who knows when they will go down again!
Yes, my friends and I are having the exact same issues. I imagine EA is doing server updates. Perhaps they were flooded after so many people converged like vultures on this game. I expect the issue to be solved soon.
Lmao i have the same problem, im pissed at ea they should have fixed this, the same thing happened with the beta..... Cod server would never do thiss....
Same here. Played one game on the 360 and now the connection is failing. It'll probably be fixed.
