EA servers have been having trouble the last few days. I play on the 360 and I and many friends have had trouble getting on the servers. Impossible to join a game together for sure.
Try using the "browse server" and try to get on in a different area, or different game type. I have had luck with this method the last few days.

3 possible reasons. 1: You dont have Wifi connected to your ps3 or Your wifi is very bad 2:Make sure your signed into PSN 3: If you use quick match try using server browser.
