Hello, I've recently downloaded Origin and the Battlefield 3 Beta itself as well. When i click to play the game i get redirected to their website and i click Quick Match, then an error pops up and doesn't let me play. It says:
DirectX device creation error
Failed creating D3D device of at least version 10.0 on adapter "Intel(R) HD Graphics" with driver "Unknown". Error is DXGI_ERROR_UNSUPPORTED ("Unsupported.").
This is typically caused by not having the minimum required DirectX support in the GPU.
For Nvidia GPUs, DirectX 10.0 support is required.
For AMD and GPUs from other vendors, DirectX 10.1 support is required.
Please, please could anyone tell me what this means and how i could fix this. I really want to play.Battlefield 3 Beta Server DirectX Help?
Your Intel card that you have only supports DirectX 9 or lower. You need a graphics card that supports DirectX 10 (or 10.1 if you get it from AMD and Intel). To fix it? Well, you'll have to get a new graphics card, one that supports at least DirectX 10 (or, again, if from AMD/Intel it needs DirectX 10.1).Battlefield 3 Beta Server DirectX Help?
I am getting the same thing but my directx is 11 and i don't understand it either.
